Hello new friends: if this reaches you, here's just a little intro about myself. I am not scary, I promise. And maybe not Connor OR Hudson. Or am I?
Either way, still very humbled that this many people follow me for whatever reason. Hopefully it's a good one.
Love y'all, uh. x

Also pulled an oracle card for H from the Visions in the Liminal Space deck because it felt right. And every reading has a messier underbelly. Sometimes. This is a lot about shadow work, I think. And I screamed a lot after it dropped while I shuffled.

here's what it says from the book:
"Symbiosis speaks to the interactions of different organism living in close association. Typically assumed to be favourable for both parties, there are in fact three classifications of symbiotic relationships:
1. Mutualism, wherein both organisms benefit 2. Commensalism, advantageous to one organism and neutral to the other 3. Parasitism, in which one organism profits at the expense of the other

Parasites often evolve to subvert the natural defenses of their host. Or otherwise, the host is wounded or weakened in such a way that makes them susceptible to the parasite.
It's interesting to note that while a parasite is perceived as negative to the individual experiencing it, they are a natural component of any ecosystem. An estimated 40% of animal species are parasites, which means that, in any given habitat, the constructive only outweighs the destructive.

This shadow side of symbiosis is too part of nature's check sand balances system. Even the parasite serves to maintain the overall wellness of its ecosystem.
While their occurrence is inevitable, any and all identified parasites must be removed immediately. Do not hesitate to seek the help of trained medical professionals if the situation calls for it."
aha. ha. hahaaaaaaa girl [gn] what the fuck.
