Who can see your info and what you share
You can choose to share different things with different people, whether that’s a big group or just your closest friends.
If you’re under 16 (or 18 in some countries) when you sign up for Instagram, your account will automatically be set to private. You can change it to public, but we recommend that you keep it private to only share with people you approve.
Each time you post a status update, photo, video, reel or story on Facebook, you can choose who can see it. You can also choose who can see your friends list, the posts you’re tagged in and more. Adults have these controls too.
Meta Quest
From your settings, you can choose who can see your real name, activity in games and apps, and friends list. Adults have these controls too.
