The numbers printed on your device’s box or packaging are different from the serial number found on the device itself. If you need your device’s serial number for a support request, follow the instructions provided on this page to locate it. Ignore any numbers found on the box or packaging, as they are not the device’s serial number.

Meta Quest Elite Straps have unique 14-digit serial numbers and/or a 7-character date code. If you contact Meta Store Support, you'll likely be asked to provide your serial number or date code so that the support agent can properly identify your accessory.
