As we found out that the NJ Mullvad VPN actually uses an NY IP address and many sites rely on the IP geolocation to determine residency, @mccoogp mentioned that displaying the NJ results in OptMeowt would be misleading. Thus, we should remove all NJ specific UI elements and code and also update the readme accordingly.
