* get_dashboard: Retrieve the dashboard definition.
* update_dashboard_element: Modify the definition of a dashboard element
* create_dashboard_layout: Create a new tab on a dashboard
* update_dashboard_layout_component: Move a tile to a different tab, or
change its size and location in the current tab
