Summary
Used to just be some one-shot, but I decided to repurpose it into something more interesting. I don't know how much more I'll add to this, because it has very similar themes to Dark AU. Summary
After once again failing to kill Min Aji and capture Dohoon, Ciel, in poor condition, receives aid from some higher being known simply as "the void." In exchange for helping the young drinker rescue his mother from being murdered by her most hated enemy, the void requires that Ciel release it from its shackles in a prison far, far away. Freeing this entity isn't so simple as finding its location, traveling there, and completing the aforementioned task by any means necessary, however. There are elaborate steps that Ciel must take to find and reach the prison, with the void as his guide. He must juggle the tasks that the mysterious voices set for him, while he is also racing to eliminate the King's daughter before his mother is sentenced to death. With all of this weight on his shoulders, the teenage drinker must also be sure not to lose himself in the seemingly endless struggle.
