Instagram's Trust & Safety Design team earns the trust of a global community of 2B+ people — with particular focus on teens, parents, and creators. This is design at the intersection of product, policy, and human behavior: you're shaping how safety feels across a platform used by 500 million+ teens globally, navigating an evolving regulatory landscape that makes the work both urgent and intellectually rich. We're looking for a generalist systems thinker with a content design foundation — someone who has evolved into end-to-end product design leadership and brings that language-first sensibility to experiences where clarity, empathy, and precision are the design. This work presents unique design challenges at Meta: policy and regulation aren't blockers — they're creative material. The work you ship here sets standards that ripple across the company.
