    As an exception handler, also provide a clear unblock/escalation path When a team hits a point of contention (particularly cross-org) or uncertainty (they *could* decide but don't feel empowered), having a clear path to quickly fix that (and empower them going fwd) does wonders.

    I would add: Give them quotas and not a fixed number of hours to be filled.

    Build high levels of Trust - it increases productivity.
