Windows + Android low-latency mirroring and control enhancement project based on scrcpy.

What I worked on

• Enhanced the scrcpy-based desktop workflow for low-latency Android mirroring
• Added and improved virtual display related workflows
• Implemented configurable keyboard / mouse mapping
• Worked on mapping presets, macros and multi-scene configurations
• Integrated local Web management and WebSocket communication
• Investigated Windows rendering, frame capture and low-latency display behavior
• Worked with Rust/Cargo, frontend tooling and native Windows build environments
