Changes
This is a very first pass on pages breakdown implementation. It tries to establish some fundamental patterns which will be used throughout the rest of LiveView dashboard implementation.
Tests and further refinements will be added on top of it. Everything is hidden behind a feature flag, so it's safe to deploy.
