The cephadm SMB service configures shareable IPC mode for the samba containers. The code includes a comment that it is explicitly "wanted". Shareable IPC support was added in Podman 4.1.0 so add a prominent note about that requirement.

The Redmine issue was actually opened for the Cephadm Compatibility doc that lists supported Podman versions.
Additionally, this might have implications on the OS Recommendations doc that lists Ubuntu 22 (Podman 3.4.4) as supported/tested.

I hesitate to modify those documents just because of this one service but I can also see how the docs could be confusing. I feel like making it clear in the SMB Service doc might be enough.
Any feedback?
